Disclosed is a center pillar reinforcing unit for a vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the center pillar reinforcing unit includes a plurality of reinforcing beams installed on an outer surface of a center pillar outer panel in upper and lower longitudinal directions; an upper bracket installed in a side of a loop rail and an upper part of the center pillar outer panel, and fixing an upper part of the reinforcing beams; a central bracket installed in a central part of the center pillar outer panel, and fixing the center of the reinforcing beams; a lower bracket installed in a lower part of the center pillar outer panel, and fixing a lower part of the reinforcing beams; and a gusset bracket formed in a side seal to combine the lower part of the reinforcing beams.
