<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a blow molded product such as a container or a box with a blow molding press by grinding a plastic resin, which comprises: a powder generation step of generating mineral powder; a mixture generation step of generating a lemon mixture using a ternary system catalyst of citric acid; a compound generation step of generating a resin compound; a pellet production step of producing pellets; a pre-molded product extraction step of extracting a hollow-shaped pre-molded product; and a molded product production step of producing a blow molded product. The present invention can manufacture an eco-friendly blow product by being formed of minerals, such as calcium carbonate, which are harmless to human body and does not cause any environmental hormones generated from a conventionally used petrochemical product as calcium carbonate, which is a main component, and eco-friendly non-toxic citric acid are formed through the ester reaction. Moreover, the present invention is capable of enhancing physical performance by increasing the strength of a blow molded product by being formed of nanoparticulate minerals and manufacturing a fine and delicate product due to high surface-activity.</p> |
