<p>The present invention relates to a washing unit for a pretreatment process in the press processing facility of a blank sheet and, more specifically, to a washing unit of a blank sheet for press processing which is installed directly on the bottom line of a facility without pit during the installation of the washing unit to reduce production costs by simplifying the installation of the washing unit and simplifying operation thereof. For the purpose, the present invention provides a washing unit of a blank sheet for press processing, wherein a washing frame for supplying washing water is lifted or lowered by an up-down driving part in accordance with the transfer line of the blank sheet in a pretreatment process for cleanly washing the blank sheet, which is a steel sheet, before input into a press facility. The upper washing frame (1a) of the washing frame (1) is connected to a screw jack (4) for lifting and lowering of the up-down driving part (3) installed on a connection bracket (2) fixed and mounted on a circumference. The upper and lower washing frames (1a, 1b) of the washing frame (1) are installed to be partitioned into upper and lower parts along multiple vertical guide axes (7) installed on the support (6) of a bottom (5). The upper washing frame (1a) and the lower washing frame (1b) are in a locked state of being integrally connected by a rotary clamp (8) or in an opened state of being separated.</p> |
