<p>A method for controlling a neutral position of a transmission is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for controlling a neutral position of a transmission includes: a step of recognizing neutral position information of a solenoid valve and a transmission motor operated together with a transmission lever when an ignition of vehicle is turned off; a step of confirming a difference between set value neutral positions and actual positions of the transmission motor and the solenoid valve at a current neutral position in the first stage of turning the ignition of the vehicle on; a step of correcting the neutral positions of the transmission motor and the solenoid valve; a step of confirming the neutral positions of the transmission motor and the solenoid valve for a unconfirmed gear shaft stage during traveling of a vehicle; and a step of displaying an error if the neutral position during an operation of the transmission motor and the solenoid valve does not correspond to the preset neutral position during the operation.</p> |
