The present invention relates to a method for providing a customized medical service and an apparatus therefor, which collects event response data to diagnose a disease of a user by using a home device at a subscriber′s home. The method for providing a customized medical service by using a home device at a subscriber′s home in the customized medical system according to the present invention includes: a step of collecting information of each home device installed in a user′s house; a step of generating a user customized diagnosis evaluation algorithm based on disease identification information of the user and the collected information of the home devices; a step of controlling one or more home devices according to the diagnosis evaluation algorithm to generate multiple events inducing an action of the user; a step of collecting response data of the user for each event through the home devices; and a step of evaluating the accuracy of response per event by analyzing the collected response data per event.
