Disclosed is an apparatus for compensating the output of an ultrasonic sensor. The apparatus for compensating the output of an ultrasonic sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a transducer unit which receives a transmitting signal and transmits an ultrasonic wave having a transmitting frequency by a piezo-electric element oscillating with a resonance frequency by the received transmitting signal; and a signal processing unit which provides the transmitting signal having a driving frequency to the transducer unit, receives a feedback on a current signal in which the transmitting frequency is included from the transducer unit so as to compensate the resonance frequency fluctuation of the transducer unit, and changes the driving frequency of the transmitting signal so as to make the driving frequency of the transmitting signal provided to the transducer unit have a frequency value corresponding to the transmitting frequency of the fed back current signal.
