The present invention relates to a device for generating microbubbles which generates the microbubbles by decomposing air, contained in water, into a fine unit by causing a physical crash in a process of transferring a fluid mixed with the air and the water in order to increase convenience of use as efficiently acquiring an occupying space. The device of the present invention comprises a body (5) including: an inlet portion (2) through which mixing water containing air is introduced; a discharge portion (3) through which the mixing water, introduced through the inlet portion (2), is discharged; and a generating portion (4) which generates water with microbubbles produced by an interaction of the air and the water contained in the mixing water between the inlet portion (2) and the discharge portion (3). The body (5) is in a container shape having a space portion which has pipe holes comprising the inlet portion (2) and the discharge portion (3) at both ends, and which comprises the generating portion (4) inside. The generating portion (4) has a crash drum (6) of a container shape arranged with a gap with the inside of the body (5). In the crash drum (6), one side, located on a side facing the inlet portion (2), is formed as a convex side (7) of a circular arc shape of which a central part convexly protrudes toward the inlet portion (2). In the crash drum (6), the other side, located on a side facing the inlet portion, is formed as a concave side (8) of a circular arc shape of which a central part is concavely dent toward the discharge portion (3).
