The present invention relates to a generator for ionizing peroxide plasma and, more specifically, to a generator equipped with a double-jet nozzle for ionizing peroxide plasma, which comprises: a peroxide storage supply unit; an air supply unit equipped with an air pump; a spraying device unit with a double-jet nozzle including a first jet nozzle for spraying a peroxide solution in smog form supplied from the peroxide storage supply unit, and a second jet nozzle for spraying as adding air supplied from the air supply unit to the peroxide smog sprayed through the first jet nozzle; a plasma generation device unit for generating plasma discharge for the peroxide sprayed in smog form to be ionized and dispersed as reactive oxygen species (ROS); and a power supply unit for supplying power to an electrode of the plasma generation device unit. According to the present invention, peroxides and ions can be sprayed with the finer particle size than the particle size sprayed with the existing single jet nozzle. |
