<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culturing method which makes it possible to stably secure aphanothece sacrum.SOLUTION: This invention provides a culturing method where aphanothece sacrum purified through a crushing step that crushes aphanothece sacrum with a homogenizer, a filtration step that filtrates the aphanothece sacrum after the crushing step to clean it with water, and an ultrasound application step that applies ultrasound to the aphanothece sacrum after the cleaning step to clean it with water is cultured in a culture medium comprising ions of Na, K, Mg, Ca, N, P, S, and Cl.</p> |
