PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide "a call system and computer program" for performing a call using a mobile phone device having a specific phone number.SOLUTION: A storage device 117 previously stores a registration information table in which a phone number and a BT address of a mobile phone device 2 used for a call with a support service call center are registered. When receiving an instruction to use support service, a support service client application 1193 searches, through a BT interface 114, for a mobile phone device 2 whose BT address agrees with a BT address registered with any mobile phone device data in the registration information table, from mobile phone devices 2 capable of performing wireless connection; connects, by wireless, a discovered mobile phone device 2 to the BT interface 114; and instructs a HFT control application 1192 to start a hands-free call whose call origination destination is a phone number of a phone of the support service call center.
