MEASURING JIG FOR TIRE MOLD AND USAGE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a gap which is preset between sectors considering the heat expansion of the sector in molding tires.SOLUTION: A measuring jig comprises: a jig body 1 which is a cylindrical shape and has an inner peripheral reference surface 13 allowing an outer surface of a sector 24 to be abutted and an inner peripheral releasing surface 14 formed in the outer diameter side of a projection 25 of the sector 24 so as to prevent the contact with the projection 25; and a plurality of blocks 2 which are divided in the peripheral direction and can be attached to/detached from the jig body 1. The block 2 includes a side surface 17 abutting to an outer peripheral reference surface 8 of the jig body 1 and an upper surface 18 extending from the side surface 17 towards the inner diameter side of the outer surface position of the projection 25 of the sector 24.
