PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more reliably images nearer to perfection.SOLUTION: A photographic control unit photographs a user as an object multiple times and obtains multiple photographic images. A treating unit treats the photographic images in a prescribed way, and an editing unit synthesizes the photographic images with background and/or foreground images. The treating unit also chooses each of the multiple photographic images for treatment or non-treatment, and the editing unit limits the number of background and/or foreground images to be synthesized with photographic images according to the presence or absence of a photographic image chosen for treatment. This method can be applied to photo-seal creating apparatuses.
