A tipping linkage (1000) of a haul body for a tub (10) which is arranged for pivotal movement about a tub pivot axis (TP) and includes a side door (16) pivotally attached thereto. The tipping linkage (1000) includes a first linkage (1120) connected to a sub- frame (30) of the haul body and to a main linkage (1140). The main linkage (1140) is connected to a shaft (220) connected to the tub (10). A door linkage (1182) is connected to the main linkage (1140) and to a door connector (200). The first, main and door linkages (1120, 1140, 1180) are arranged so that when tipping of the tub (10) about the tub pivot axis (TP) is initiated by a tipping arrangement (40) the door (16) moves from a closed position towards an open position, and at least a part of a force loading on the door(16) is transmitted to the door connector (200) and converted to a lifting force to facilitate lifting of the tub (10) away from the sub-frame (30). |
