PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable coating agent composition in which a coating cured film to be obtained has excellent adhesiveness to substrates, especially adhesiveness to metal substrates, the adhesiveness having followability to flexure of the substrates, and has excellent solvent resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided an active energy ray-curable coating agent composition containing following (A) to (D) components as curable components with percentages of (A) component of 10 to 74 wt.%, (B) component of 1 to 40 wt.%, (C) component of 25 to 75 wt.% and (D) component of 0 to 30 wt.%, in the total amount of the curable components. (A) component: epoxy (meth)acrylate. (B) component: a compound having two or more ethylenically unsaturated group and other than (A) component. (C) component: a compound having non-aromatic cyclic hydrocarbon and one ethylenically unsaturated group. (D) component: an ethylenically unsaturated compound other than (A) to (C) components. |
