PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe deodorizer retaining a high deodorant effect for a long period and not having toxicity to animals and plants, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A deodorizer is obtained from a liquid made by fermenting rice brain by a useful microorganism group followed by collecting from the fermented rice bran. The useful microorganism group is at least one of pediococcus bacteria, yeast cells, bacillus group microorganisms, streptococcus, and staphylococcus. The liquid contains components having deodorization activity to offensive odor of amine, and the components are at least one of lactic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, and succinic acid. The liquid contains components having deodorization activity to offensive odor of acid, and the components are at least one of spermidine, spermine and putrescine. The liquid contains components having deodorization activity to offensive odor of aldehyde. |
