摘要 The present invention relates to fusion proteins in which a biologically active moiety is linked to a targeting domain. The invention specifically concerns fusion proteins comprising single-chain (sc) TNFalpha monomers as biologically active moiety and a specific targeting domain, preferably fusion proteins comprising at least three scTNFalpha monomers and modified hetero-dimeric ubiquitin proteins with high affinity to target molecules (Affilin® molecules). The invention further relates to these fusion proteins for use in medicine, in particular in the treatment of cancer. The invention is further directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such fusion proteins in combination with chemotherapeutics agents.
