PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous flux control member, a light-emitting device, and a surface light source device, capable of preventing uneven illuminance, and a display device.SOLUTION: A luminous flux control member 4 includes: a light control emission surface 11; a concave 14 positioned opposite the light control emission surface 11; and a rear face 12 extending radially from an opening edge part of the concave 14. A plurality of grating convex parts 13 are formed on the rear face 12 (lens bottom face). The light control emission surface 11 includes: a first emission surface 11a arranged so as to intersect with an optical axis of a light-emitting element and formed as a curved surface convexed toward the concave 14 ; and a second emission surface 11b continuously arranged around the first emission surface 11a and formed as a curved surface convexed opposite the rear face 12.
