<p>An intelligent numerical control machining programming system and method for aircraft structural parts. The system employs an existing CAD/CAM system as a platform and comprises five major modules including a model detection module (2), a process scheme automatic generation module (3), a process resource and knowledge library management model (1), an automatic programming subsystem module (4) and a numerical control program intelligent optimization module (5). Being set up upon a three-dimensional model, the system gives a comparatively systematical and accurate reflection of and also support to the professional procedures of the numerical control machining programming for aircraft structural parts, and therefore, man-machine interaction operations required during the course of technological preparation and programming process can be reduced remarkably, unstable programs, prolonged programming periods and other such problems resulting from universal platform and human experience-based interactive programming are effectively solved, the efficiency and quality of numerical control machining preparation and programming can be enhanced significantly, and the levels of professionalism and intelligence of the CAD/CAM system are raised.</p> |
