The present invention relates to a chip disk and a sealing member for the chip disk. The chip disk having a junction groove according to the present invention comprises: a conductive layer which is unidirectionally stacked to form the chip disk; an insulating layer which is alternately stacked with the conductive layer so as to electrically separate the conductive layer; and a junction groove consisting of a groove formed on the top surface of the chip disk to a predetermined depth along a predetermined cutting line of the chip disk. The present invention enables the sealing member to be bonded to the chip disk in the original state thereof, without the need to process each sealing member sealing the chip disk according to a space into which a lens is to be inserted. After the sealing member is bonded, the chip disk can be cut into a unit chip package. Accordingly, it is possible to seal a chip without a process of manufacturing the sealing member to be inserted into the chip disk and without a process of bonding the sealing member to each space into which the lens is to be inserted.
