摘要 A generation unit (309) captures a prescribed image-capture range by capturing video in a plurality of image-capture directions using an imaging unit (301), and generates, for each of prescribed video units, attribute information pertaining to video captured by the imaging unit (301). A composition-map-creating unit (316) extracts, from the attribute information about the video captured in the plurality of image-capture directions within a prescribed period, a prescribed object present in the prescribed image-capture range, and creates a composition map indicating the position of the extracted object. A comparison unit (310) determines, for each shooting direction, the order of priority in capturing in each of the image-capture directions on the basis of the result of comparison in which pieces of attribute information generated in different periods are compared and the attribute information included in the composition map. A camera work control unit (311) determines the next image-capture direction on the basis of the order of priority, and controls the operation of the imaging unit (301) and a camera platform on the basis of the determined next image-capture direction.
