<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the reduction of the bulk density of a charged coal to be charged to a coke oven. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the charged coal for the coke oven, for producing the charged coal to be charged to the coke oven and comprising lumped coal and coarse coal includes pulverizing each original coal constituting a blended coal to each individual pulverized grain size so that the cumulative% of the coal having a particle diameter of≤3 mm may be≥85 mass% in the pulverized grain size of the whole blended coal, classifying the blended coal after the pulverization to the coarse coal and a dust coal, and lumping the classified dust coal. The lumped coal comprises a first lumped coal having a volume of≤10 cc, and a second lumped coal having a volume of >10 cc and≤30 cc. The proportion of the second lumped coal is regulated so as to satisfy a target bulk density based on the correlation in which the higher the proportion of the dust coal to be subjected to the production of the second lumped coal in the dust coal becomes, the higher the bulk density of the charged coal to be charged to the coke oven becomes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
