This radio communication method utilizes MU-MIMO in a radio communication system including a plurality of cells configured of radio networks, connecting radio base stations and radio terminal stations for receiving and transmitting packet signals. The radio communication method comprises:
a measurement step for measuring signal intensities of radio signals, received and transmitted with radio terminal stations, with respect to a plurality of reception weights which are determined to detect radio signals received and transmitted with radio terminal stations in relation to a plurality of frequency bands;
a frequency band determination step for determining frequency bands with signal intensities below a predetermined level among the plurality of frequency bands based on the measurement result of the measurement step; and
a communication step for receiving and transmitting radio signals by use of the frequency bands determined by the frequency band determination step.
