The present invention relates to a segment for continuous casting having a cutting function which quickly and simply cuts a cast piece when stopping an emergency casting in a continuous casting process in a steel mill. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a segment for continuous casting having a cutting function comprises: an upper frame and a lower frame vertically spaced to be installed, having a plurality of rollers respectively; and a cutting unit to be moved to a width direction of the case piece in the upper frame to cut a cast piece passing through between the upper frame and the lower frame.
