1. A thermoelectric conversion module, comprising:
a first substrate having a first electrode on one of its surfaces; a second substrate having a second electrode on one of its surfaces, the first and second electrodes facing one another; a thermoelectric element disposed between the first and second electrodes and being electrically connected to the first and second electrodes; and a joining layer for joining the first electrode to the thermoelectric element, the joining layer comprising first and second sub-layers, the first sub-layer having an average crystal grain diameter of more the 1 μm and less than or equal to 10 μm, the second sub-layer having an average crystal grain diameter of more than 10 μm.
