The present invention relates to a carriage for carrying and loading objects, comprising: a driving unit for driving along a predetermined path to transfer objects; a loading unit connected to the driving unit to grasp the objects to lift and lower the objects; a position correction unit to correct the position of the objects during the driving of the driving unit; and a fall prevention unit which maintains the corrected position of the objects and prevents the fall of the objects. In addition to this, the present invention relates to a carrying method using the carriage comprises: a step of correcting the position of objects transferred along the predetermined driving path; a step of maintaining the corrected position of the objects and finishing driving; and a step of lowering objects after driving to load the objects. Therefore, the carriage is capable of correcting the position of object while driving and stably supporting the objects while correcting the position of the objects by making the objects adhere to it.
