<p>The present invention relates to an open/close damper for an exhaust pipe in an apartment building, which has a new structure to be combined to exhaust pipes of various diameters. The open/close damper for the exhaust pipe in the apartment building comprises: a damper body (10) including a support pipe body (11) and a damper plate (12) hinged to the support pipe body (11); and an external pipe body (20) detachably combined to the outer part of the support pipe body (11), such that, depending the inner diameter of a branch pipe (3) or an extension pipe, only the damper body (10) will be combined to the branch pipe (3) or the extension pipe (4) as illustrated in figure 5 or the external pipe body (20) made to have an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the branch pipe (3) or the extension pipe (4) will be combined to the branch pipe (3) or the extension pipe (4) while being combined to the support pipe body (11) as illustrated in figure 6. Accordingly, the damper of the present invention can be used for the branch pipes (3) or the extension pipes (4) of various sizes if the external pipe body (20) is made in different sizes and combined to the damper body (10). Thus, it is possible to reduce production costs unlike a conventional open/close damper (B) which should be made in various sizes.</p> |
