<p>The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a nanostructure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for fabricating a nanostructure comprises the steps of: a) preparing a substrate; b) forming an insulating material particle support in which a linker is combined on surfaces on the substrate; c) combining metal ions to the linker; d) applying energy and forming the metal ions as metallic nanoparticles; and e) supplying different types of surfactant organic matters before or in the step d). The average diameter of the nanoparticles may be 0.5 to 1.2 nm.</p> |
