The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device which includes a flexible substrate, a thin film transistor which includes a semiconductor layer, and an organic light emitting display panel which includes an organic light emitting layer. In case the organic light emitting display panel is bent, compressive stress or a neutral side on which the compressive stress and tensile stress are balanced is applied to the thin film transistor including the semiconductor layer.
