An instant trip device of a circuit breaker according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a magnetic which generates a magnetic absorption force when power is applied, a support which is installed to a side which faces the magnetic, an armature which has a rotary part in the center of a rotation center part between the magnetic and the support, and an armature spring to which the rotary part of the armature applies an elastic force in a direction apart from the magnetic. The support includes an open groove to support the rotation center part of the armature and has a protrusion to be inserted into the rotor center part of the armature. The armature spring is a tension spring. One end of the armature spring is supported by a first holding part formed at the support. The other end of the armature spring is supported by a second holding part formed at the rotary part of the armature. The assembly of the instant trip device of a circuit breaker can be improved. Moreover, a distribution problem, a distortion problem, and an armature movement reduction problem due to the accumulative tolerance of the rotation center part can be solved. The reliability of instant operation can be improved. In addition, an existing problem of separating a rotary shaft due to use of an additional rotary shaft can be solved. Moreover, the number of components can be reduced compared to an existing method. Cost reduction can be realized. |
