FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of UV-radiation-resistant foam plastics of wood-like appearance and their application. Figure texture articles production process comprises extrusion by first extruder of translucent ply of PMMA with pigmented pellets and extrusion by second extruder of polystyrene ply with foaming agent. Note here that said both extrusion steps are combined. Note here that temperature inside PMMA ply melt in first extruder is kept up higher by 40°C than that inside polystyrene ply melt in second extruder. Note here that temperatures in extrusion heads of said first and second extruders differ by no over 10°C, preferably, not over 5°C.EFFECT: better adhesion of plies.15 cl |
