FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: journal bearing manufacturing method is performed by winding on the cylindrical mandrel of two-layer tape, one its layer is metal tape with surface perforation, made in the friction zone on two or three layers, and another layer is fabric tape impregnated by the polymer antifriction composition. After achievement of the required thickness the polymer antifriction composition is solidified and further machining of the journal bearing is performed. At that perforation simultaneous with piercing of the two-layer tape is performed, at that the received pockets in form of the perforation holes are filled by the polymer antifriction composition. Besides, the perforation holes in the alternating layers if the two-layer tapes are made not coinciding.EFFECT: increasing durability of the journal bearing operation.2 cl, 1 dwg |
