FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultrasonic converters. Essence of the invention: the ultrasonic HIFU converter contains a front matching layer designed as a continuous spherical surface. Tiles from spherically curvilinear composite piezoelectric material, each containing a set of acoustic transmitting areas, are attached to a convex surface of the matching layer to form a continuous spherical surface of piezoelectric transmitters. The set of curvilinear printed-circuit boards is installed behind piezoelectric material and located at a distance from the back surface of piezoelectric material to form an air cooling channel for the back surface of piezoelectric material. The set of deformable metal contacts provides electric connections between printed-circuit boards and piezoelectric material and blocks the channel. Electric connections are provisioned to electrodes on the front surface of piezoelectric material through non-magnetic interconnections passing through piezoelectric material.EFFECT: providing stability of connections subjected to repeated heating and cooling.13 cl, 13 dwg |
