<p>The present invention relates to a jointing device for continuous operation of an insulating wire having a different diameter and a method for manufacturing an insulating wire having a different diameter using the same which can perform continuous production of an insulating wire having a different central conductor without suspending an insulating process. According to the present invention, the jointing device for continuous operation of an insulating wire having a different diameter comprises a body part which continuously forms an insulating layer in the center conductor of an insulating wire, is a jointing device for continuous operation of an insulating wire having a different diameter which is used for an apparatus of insulating process in attaching and detaching type including an inlet hole with a predetermined diameter in a method such that the center conductor may be inserted with no trembling, has a long length, has a through-hole in the center portion in the longitudinal direction wherein the central through-hole communicates with the outside at both ends, and is divided by at least two parts along the center shaft in the longitudinal direction, the body part forms an appearance so as to be inserted into the device for insulating process, any one of the communicating holes of the through-holes of the central conductor is located concentrically with the inlet hole. Continuous insulating work is available since the body part is mounted to a connecting portion of a first central conductor and a second central conductor at the insulating work of the central conductor with a different diameter which is connected with the first central conductor having a first diameter smaller than that of the inlet hole and the second central conductor having a second diameter smaller than the first diameter, and is inserted into the insulating process device.</p> |
