<p>The present invention relates to a sintering apparatus and a method for manufacturing a sintered ore using the same. The sintering apparatus comprises: a plurality of sintering vehicles capable of moving along a moving path and wherein a raw material is inserted; an ignition furnace installed in one upper side of the moving path and injecting a flame to a raw material layer inside the sintering vehicle; and a vibration generator installed in the rear side of the ignition furnace based on a moving direction of the sintering vehicle and applying vibration to the raw material layer. The present invention applies the vibration to the raw material layer to densify the raw material layer so as to increase a degree of coupling during melting of the sintering raw material. Moreover, uniform air permeability can be provided in an entire area of the raw material layer to reduce a sintering return ore generation rate to increase a recovery rate of the sintering ore conveyed to a blast furnace.</p> |
