<p>The present invention relates to an ultra thin heat radiation film and a multilayer heat diffusion sheet including the same. The ultra thin heat radiation film has a structure which includes an insulation thin film, a heat diffusion and radiation thin film which is in surface contact with a first surface of the insulation thin film, and a heat diffusion bonding thin film which is in surface contact with the heat diffusion and radiation thin film. The multilayer heat diffusion sheet includes the ultra thin heat radiation film, a first heat diffusion and radiation bonding thin film, a heat diffusion thin film, and a second heat diffusion and radiation bonding thin film. The heat diffusion sheet with the described structure has the same heat diffusion effect as an existing synthetic graphite sheet with high manufacturing costs.</p> |
