PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell in which the contact resistance is low between an electrode and a substrate, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is excellent, and to provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell excellent in the photoelectric conversion efficiency, by an inexpensive and simple method.SOLUTION: To provide a solar cell including a silicon substrate having a pn junction and a collector electrode in contact therewith, and containing copper diffused to the interface of the collector electrode and silicon substrate. |
