PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an adhesive composition having proper tackiness, capable of preventing generation of a void furthermore than hitherto, and preventing generation of a void even when being used for both of a large-sized display panel and a small-sized display panel; and to provide a polarizer with an adhesive.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition contains an acrylic copolymer having a carboxyl group, an isocyanate compound, and a non-functional acrylic copolymer not having a functional group reacting with the isocyanate compound and having a weight average molecular weight of a million to two millions, and the content of the non-functional acrylic copolymer is 1 pt. mass-50 pts. mass to the 100 pts. mass acrylic copolymer having the carboxyl group.
