PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrector which dissolves instability when a gap is out of a linear range in an active magnetic bearing.SOLUTION: A digital nonlinear corrector (10) for an active magnetic bearing receives an input signal x(t), and outputs an output control signal u(t) for controlling a position of an active magnetic bearing. The input signal is digitized by an ADC circuit (12), and provided in an adder (16). The digital nonlinear corrector has a closed control loop, in which the closed control loop has a direct part which supplies an intermediate sequence y[kT], and has: a first proportional gain circuit (22); a low-pass filter (18); and a feedback part including serial connection of a dead zone circuit (20). The low-pass filter is validated when it reaches a determined upper limit value and a lower limit value of the output control signal, and when the low pass filter does not reach a determined upper limit and a lower limit, the output control signal generates the input signal again. |
