PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible stain-resistant composite sheet which has an initial antifouling effect and excellent retainability of a long-term antifouling effect and can be thermally welded without removing an antifouling layer, and to provide a composite thereof.SOLUTION: There are provided; a flexible stain-resistant composite sheet which is obtained by forming a flexible photocatalytic antifouling layer containing photocatalyst particles, a vinylidene fluoride-based resin-containing binder and a radical scavenger (containing one or more of a phenol-based, phosphite-based, sulfur-based, vitamin E-based antioxidant) in which the mass content mass of the photocatalyst particles is 1 to 50% on the surface of a substrate sheet having a flexible thermoplastic resin layer on front and back surfaces of a fiber base cloth and forming a flexible acrylic resin layer on back surface of the substrate sheet, where a droplet on a surface of the flexible photocatalytic antifouling layer shows a static water contact angle of 15 to 45 degrees; and a bonded body thereof. |
