PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device of a manhole cover which enables a manhole cover to be revolved keeping the horizontal state by revolution of an attachment bracket and also enables a height of a position of the manhole cover to be easily adjusted according to various locations when the manhole cover is removed from a manhole. !
