The method involves displaying graphical contents (42, 44, 46) in database (34) on a graphical output device of a client computer (12), in a browser window. The position of a pointer (40) and the operation of a selection key (24) in the computer are detected by a detection logic unit (32) in a server (14). The operation of the key in the database is registered under the data assigned to the contents when the position of the pointer is located within the area of contents. The reproduction size of the contents in the window is adjusted based on number of registered results.
