PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel controller etc., that can discriminate between capacity change and noise mixing.SOLUTION: A touch panel controller (1) includes a noise detection part (16) which drives drive lines (DL1-DLm) by using m vectors included in one row among n (n>m) row vectors included in code series as M or orthogonal series, and computes the inner product of linear sum output vectors from capacity elements (C-C) and column vectors not in m columns. |
