PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lentivirus vectors.SOLUTION: A lentivirus vector of the invention comprises a 5'-LTR (long terminal repeat) and 3'-LTR; a first nucleic acid sequence operably linked to the 5'-LTR; and a second nucleic acid sequence, that is operably linked to the 5'-LTR, comprising a functional REV coding sequence and a rev response element (RRE)-containing sequence, where the RRE containing sequence is located upstream the REV-coding sequence, and transcription of the first nucleic acid sequence and the second nucleic acid sequences is driven by the 5'-LTR.
