A flame-retardant TPO waterproof material and a construction method thereof. The waterproof material comprises TPO waterproof coiled material and a polymer emulsion coated on the coiled material. The polymer emulsion is a styrene-acrylic composite emulsion system, comprising a flame retardant agent. The polymer emulsion is coated on the TPO waterproof coiled material in a rolling manner. The flame-retardant TPO waterproof material has the advantages of a low lost, excellent flame-retardant performance, being environment-friendly, good durability, convenient construction, and safety and environmental protection.
