PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl top cover capable of sufficiently absorbing impact when the impact is added from an upper side by a pedestrian and the like, while ensuring stiffness and airtightness. ! SOLUTION: A cowl top cover 1 has an upper cowl portion 5 equipped with a glass engaging portion 5a at a rear end portion, and extending to a back surface side of a hood 3; a lower cowl portion 6 equipped with an attaching portion 6a fixed to a vehicle body panel 7 of a vehicle at a rear end portion; and a fixing portion for fixing front end portions of the upper cowl portion and the lower cowl portion. The cowl top cover 1 is equipped with a cover reinforcing structure which has a first reinforcing portion 5c and a second reinforcing portion 6c protrusively provided from inner wall surfaces of the upper cowl portion and the lower cowl portion toward an inner space.
