The present invention is to provide a low viscosity control method to discharge non-inflammable molten waste to obtain PTM driving stability and to maintain a molten viscosity of slag or glass which is finally generated, under 100 poise at a temperature of a discharging part (1,300°C-1,500°C) by developing a glass/slag composition process to vitrify high-viscosity waste. To achieve the purpose, the low viscosity control method for discharging the non-inflammable molten waste according to the present invention maintains composition change by adding an oxide control agent at 1,500°C of a molten temperature by using oxide composition within the non-inflammable waste including higher than or equal to 40wt% of SiO_2 and controls the low viscosity of the non-inflammable waste to be under 100 poise. The oxide control agent is composed of 50-60wt% of SiO_2, 6-20wt% of CaO, 0.1-4wt% of FeO, 0.1-4wt% of CaF_2, 2-12wt% of Al_2O_3, 0.1-2wt% of MgO, and 0.1-2wt% of Na_2O for concrete waste. |
