PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a foamed sheet for adsorbing and removing contaminants in which contaminants such as radioactive substances contained in a contaminated object can be effectively adsorbed to zeolite, and is excellent in handleability, and can recover a used zeolite adsorbed by contaminants, in an easy and sure manner. ! SOLUTION: A foamed sheet for adsorbing and removing contaminants is produced by a method including: an aqueous dispersion liquid preparing step of preparing an aqueous dispersion liquid containing a polymer emulsion, a surfactant, and zeolite; a foamed coating liquid preparing step of preparing a foamed coating liquid including bubbles by mechanically mixing the aqueous dispersion liquid with air; an applying step of applying the foamed coating liquid onto a support body; and a drying step of drying the applied foamed coating liquid to form a foamed layer. !
