<p>It is provided a method for providing targeted content for a video. The method comprises steps of receiving, from a client device, a message comprising a first content identifier uniquely identifying a first piece of content for the video and a first score associated with the first piece of content, wherein the first piece of content and the first score are determined based on a user identifier that uniquely identifies a user and a video identifier that uniquely identifies the video; determining a second piece of content and a second score associated with the second piece of content based on the user identifier, the video identifier and playback context; and if determining the second score is larger than the first score by a predefined value, using the second piece of content as the targeted content for the video.</p> |
