<p>The present invention relates to a composition for preventing formation of a biofilm containing an extract of clove as an active ingredient, and more specifically, to a composition for preventing formation of a biofilm containing an extract of clove as an active ingredient, which inhibits formation of the biofilm of Xanthomonas oryzae, Yersinia enterocolitica, or Aeromonas hydrophila, to a composition for controlling leaf blight of rice, and to a composition for preventing or treating food poisoning, enteritis, etc. According to the present invention, the composition containing the extract of clove inhibits formation of the biofilm of Xanthomonas oryzae, Yersinia enterocolitica, or Aeromonas hydrophila, thereby being effective in controlling leaf blight of rice, and preventing and treating food poisoning or enteritis.</p> |
