<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler which can equalize the temperature on a heat receiving surface of a heat receiving section. <P>SOLUTION: A cooler 1 comprises: a heat receiving section 2 having an upper surface serving as a heat receiving surface; and a cooling section 4 provided fixedly below the heat receiving section 2. In the cooling section 4, two cooling fluid channels 15 and 16 are formed while being stacked vertically with a partition member 18 interposed between. The cooling section 4 is provided with a cooling fluid inlet 21 through which cooling fluid flows into the lower cooling fluid channel 15, and a cooling fluid outlet 22 through which cooling fluid flows out from the upper cooling fluid channel 16.
